RezRobot Troubleshooting - Check Your Occupant Levels (Units)
1. Click on Setup, Units.
2. In the Unit/Site Setup window down the left side around the middle you will see an, 'Occupants' section. Make sure that you have the Included and Maximum Occupant levels set for each Occupant Type.
3. In the same screen, directly above the Occupants section, find the field ‘Max # People: (Enter 0 for n/a)’, the value entered into this field is the end all say all maximum number of people that can be accommodated in this Unit/Site. Do this for each and every Unit in your ROS2006.
